Rescheduling
We offer one free reschedule with at least 48 hours notice prior to your course. Multiple reschedules or any rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $25 rescheduling fee for any CPR/BLS course and a $50 rescheduling fee for any First Aid course.
Lateness
Heart & Stroke expects that students attend and participate in 100% of their courses. We understand that life happens, but if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled start time, you may be asked to reschedule your course to a future date. Rescheduling will follow the fees noted above.
No-Shows
No-shows means that you did not show up, or call prior to the start of your scheduled course start time. Any rescheduling at that point will result in the student paying the full cost of the course.
Refunds
We understand that maybe you made the wrong course choice, or that you just checked the calendar and that date won't work. You have 24 hours to cancel your course with no penalties.
